Professional, Responsive, Experienced - We recently underwent a bathtub with surround walls update. OYE turned into quite a project needing plumbers, contractors, and TILE SETTERS. We spoke to about 5 different professionals. The estimates were much more than we expected. We ended up working directly with each sub contractor and were Lucky to work with the BEST Plumbers and Tile company. D & L s estimator was responsive, efficient AND help squeeze us into their busy schedule. The tile setter took 3 days to complete. He did an amazing job, he was thoughful conciencous and cleaned up each day. The final job came out AMAZING. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND D & L Tile in Reno, NV.

This company has been incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout my entire project, even though my slab supplier turned into a nightmare for everyone involved.Ryan (owner and fab designer) knows his stuff and keeps his cool. He was flexible and more than accommodating with slab storage and working to return slabs that arrived damaged.Julio and William who did my very complicated install (3cm quartzite with waterfalls coming down on rough cut flagstone floors) did a fantastic job. I was constantly blown away at how skilled and patient they were in their work, having to take waterfall pieces that took four men to move outside to grind on multiple times in order to get it flat against my natural stone floors.Emilie and Zach in the front of house were always so reassuring and easy to work with even when things went terribly wrong with my supplier and their freight guys. I think one of the freight guys backed into an employee’s car and they didn’t even mention it.I used quartzite, but this is one of the only places in town that also does porcelain. Hire them immediately! You won’t regret it.

I recently had D & L Tile replace 2-bathroom counter tops in my home. They made the whole experience very pleasant, and I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did.I first worked with Emilie in the office; she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the types of products they offer; she was a pleasure to work with. I liked the idea of a "One stop shop" where they have the materials, do the fabrication, demolition and installation. The estimator, measuring guy and installers were all very professional and did a fantastic job. The bathrooms look beautiful! They also remodeled my walk-in shower a few years ago, I would highly recommend them for any tile work needed !!

Our bathroom tile came out great! The whole process with these guys was seamless, easy, and high quality. Ryan came out right away to give us a quote and understood right away what we wanted. The quote he gave us was fair, accurate, and well communicated. Emily helped us pick out our tile and was our point of contact for the rest of our project. Working with her was easy, and she gave us so many good ideas about what our options were while working within our budget. We decided to add in backsplash and heated floors after the project had started, and this was no issue for them to make the change quickly. There was one small mistake with the color of our pencil tile, but after pointing it out, they got it fixed right away without any hassle. It was a pleasure having these guys work on our project and we will happily recommend them to others.

It was a treat to deal with a smaller, local tile company. The price is the same if not better than the big box stores, or mega tile shops. The personal contact is so nice. Everyone is super knowledgeable and very kind. We got a granite slab for our counters and they sourced it super fast and had it cut and installed even faster. The installers didn't leave any hint that they were there besides our beautiful counters. Emilie who helped us pick out our backsplash was very thorough in choosing which samples would pair with the color and the very first one she gave us was the one we went with and we are super happy with the result. Will go through then again for our next project hands down.

Emilie and the installers were awesome to work with beginning to end. They were able to come take measurements the day after we first called them, And helped us figure out the right stone and backsplash to achieve the look we were were going for. Recently had to renovate an entire main bathroom shower. Deciding on tile replacement was difficult since it would have to blend with the rest of the bathroom tile. D and L did a great job in helping me select and install new tile. They corrected errors made in the original shower and Daniel expertly installed the tile to be sure everything was level. Definitely would recommend this company.

Just finished getting my counters and floor finished up by D&L. I went down to the showroom and from the start they immediately were extremely helpful with design, styles, materials, etc. The installation process was on time and well done and I don’t think I could have been any happier! When we were searching for someone to do our upgrades for our home we had reached out to a contractor. The contractor wants an astronomical amount of money that just was not within budget. We found D and L tile for our countertop and found out they did other tiling work! We just hired them for our full job and are so excited to see the completed project. We appreciate D and L tile for working with us and making everything within budget! They are wonderful people and I can’t wait to see their final work. D&L Tile completed a demo and new install of quartzite countertops and tile backsplash in our kitchen. Every person that we interacted with was a pleasure to work with. Zack came out and did the initial measuring and quote. He was very thorough and polite. Grant and McKenna did the demolition and did a nice job of protecting our home from any damage and dust. Dena’s eye for detail guided us in our selection of the stone and tile. She was very quick to narrow down the many selections that they offered. Ryan came to measure with his high tech measuring technology and was very friendly, knowledgeable and polite throughout the process. We did not meet the stone installers but they did a great job. The fit and finish was perfect especially around the farm sink! Cameron did a great job on the backsplash. We have an older home that is not flat, plumb, level or square but he mastered the install nicely. The turnaround time was faster than we anticipated thanks to Mark who kept the schedule moving day by day. By the way, these are all the type of people that we felt comfortable leaving the front door unlocked to get in when we weren’t there. Many thanks to a great team effort!

We're very pleased with D&L Tille. We had a master bathroom countertop fabricated and installed and it's beautiful. We worked with Ryan Boucher who was very helpful and informative. He gave us suggestions that saved us quite a bit of money, which is always nice!There was a quick turnaround time too. The template guy (Sorry...I didn't get his name) came on a Tuesday, and they installed it the following Monday.Could not be happier with the entire experience!

This review is long overdue! After calling about 15 tile & granite companies for installation we finally called D&L Tile. They are the only company that actually answered the phone and/or returned our call! We had all of our materials and just needed someone to do the installation.They were responsive and got us on their schedule! We had kitchen counters/backsplash, bathroom shower, counters, floor and wall done through them. Along with our sons vanity. The process was flawless! D&L Tile did an amazing job! We had quartz countertops and glass backsplash installed. All of the installers were on time and very professional. The cabinets were delayed from a different company and Ryan was very accommodating and immediately scheduled the work to be done the minute all the cabinets arrived. Ryan went above and beyond to come out the night before we had a our daughters graduation party and install the plywood for the countertops just so we would have a place to put food. I would highly recommend D&L tile for order and install!

Don't have enough time or space to say enough about D&L Tile! Almost five years ago we contracted with them to do two bathroom remodels - no small feat. Amazing results!!!We hired them again in 2020 to do an extensive remodel which included demo, flooring, countertops, backsplash, bathroom tile, etc. They truly made our vision materialize! I had a design idea in mind and they helped hone the concept. I greatly admired their communication level - I'm a realist and know that nothing ever goes perfectly however they came close to perfection because we had realistic expectations and conversations throughout the whole project. This is a family owned company and they treat their customers with respect and professionalism. The quality of their work speaks for itself - their employees are true craftsmen!We have had an abundance of compliments on the finished product. Amazing workmanship! We bought our vacation home without viewing and of course, hated the kitchen sinks once we actually moved in. Our plumber referred D and L to help us update the sinks. Ryan scheduled a visit within days from the first call I made to D and L Tiles. Ryan took measurements and pictures of the granite cutouts. Even though the new stainless steel sinks were NOT present at the time of Ryan's visit, he was able to make create miracles with pictures I sent him. Ryan kept us updated throughout the process since we still reside in California. Within two weeks, D and L tiles took out the old kitchen sinks, cut out the granite countertops to install our new larger stainless steel sinks. We are EXTREMELY happy with the work D and L did for us. They left our kitchen really cleaned and SPECTAULAR! We look forward to having D and L Tiles updating our flooring and bathrooms in the future.
